Metin Kahraman and Kemal Kahraman are two brothers who are composing music in Zazaki, Kurmanci and Turkish.

The repertoire consists of Balkan music and also songs in thousands of year-old Jiddisch language, which is still used by the successors of Ashlenazi Jews in Europe.

The Babylon Orchestra was founded in 2016 in Berlin. The repertoire of the orchestra covers a number of different music genres such as world, experimental, contemporary, and traditional music. Other music genres could be explored on a project basis.
