Metin Kahraman and Kemal Kahraman are two brothers who are composing music in Zazaki, Kurmanci and Turkish. They are ex-members of Grup Yorum. In their homeland they are seeking for archaic music, fairy tales, myths and praerys of the Kurdish-Zazaish folk culture. Thea operate as music ethnologists but also as songwriters and musicians. Their music can be classified into traditional, authentical music on the one side and on the other side into an own form of folk.
Ahmet Tirgil has joined the Metin Kemal Kahraman since 2000. Metin & Kemal Kahraman was the most important step in Tirgil's music life. They are still working together.
